Optimize your business and processes with AI and Automation at every stage
AI that fits the way your business actually works. Not the other way round.
Most AI projects stall because nobody looked closely at how the work really runs before deciding what to build. Optimize Core starts there — with one honest conversation about a process that is costing you time — and recommends the smallest change that will genuinely make a difference. In writing, before anything starts.

Where we'd start
Assessment
A clear-eyed look at how your business actually runs, where AI and automation would genuinely pay off, and a plan you can act on — with the opportunities ranked, so you know what to do first and what to leave alone.

01
A conversation, not a pitch
About an hour, on video, about one process in your business that costs more time than it should. We ask how it really runs today, where it slows down, and what you have already tried. You do not need to prepare anything.
Free -
02
A straight recommendation
You leave the call knowing whether this is worth pursuing, and roughly what shape the work would take. If the honest answer is “not yet” or “not AI”, you get that instead. We never quote a price on the phone — a considered answer is worth waiting a few days for.
In writing, after the call -
03
A proposal you can hold us to
What will be built, what it will cost, when, and what is not included — in plain language, before anything starts. Choose a fixed price if you want certainty; if we run over our own estimate, that is our problem, not yours.
Your decision -
04
Built with you, handed to you
Tested on your real work, not a demo. Nothing touches your live systems without your say-so. When it is done you keep what was built, with a plain written guide for running it, and direct access to the people who built it.
Together
Six ways we help. You only need one.
Every engagement is one of these. The call decides which — so you are never sold the big project when a small one would do.

For you ifYou know AI matters and want a plan rather than a guess. Learn more “We have Copilot. Nobody touches it.”Training
Your team learns to use the AI tools you already pay for — on their own work, with examples from your business, and a reference they keep.
For you ifThe tools are bought and the adoption never happened. Learn more “I keep re-explaining it to the AI.”Skill Build
Your best process, captured once as a reusable skill your whole team can run — so it stops living in one person's head or one long prompt.
For you ifOne person knows how, and everyone else asks them. Learn more “Someone does this by hand, daily.”Agent Build
One AI agent doing one repetitive job well — with clear boundaries, a human check, and a sensible answer for when it isn't sure.
For you ifA single repeated task eats hours that should go elsewhere. Learn more “It works, if someone babysits it.”Workflow Automation
A process that already works, made to run on its own — on a schedule, connected to your systems, and able to stop and ask when something is missing.
For you ifGood work is being done, but a person has to sit with it. Learn more “We need software, not a workflow.”Full Build
When you genuinely need a system built, we have the capability and the capacity to design it, build it, and deliver it — end to end.
For you ifThe problem is bigger than any one fix. Learn moreWhy businesses trust us with this
AI is easy to buy and hard to make stick. What makes the difference is not the technology — it is whether someone took the time to understand your business first, and was honest with you about what they found.
-
You get a straight answer — including no.
If the process is not worth automating, if the tool you already own would do it, or if AI is simply not the right fit yet, we say so on the call. A recommendation you can trust has to be one that could have gone the other way.
-
The smallest fix that works, first.
Sometimes the answer is deleting a step. Sometimes it is a feature you are already paying for. Custom builds are the last resort, not the opening offer — even though they are the ones that would pay us most.
-
Everything in writing before anything starts.
What will be built, what it costs, how long it takes, and what is not included. Choose a fixed price if you want it, and if we underestimate our own work, we absorb the difference.
-
Your systems stay yours.
Nothing we build changes your live systems without your explicit go-ahead. We work alongside your business, not inside it, until you decide otherwise.
-
Your data is treated like it matters.
The AI tools we use are set up so your information is never used to train anyone's model, and a person reviews everything before it reaches you. If you need an NDA first, we have one ready.
-
You always know where things stand.
Progress reported in plain language at every step, decisions brought to you before they are made, and no surprises at handover. You should never have to chase us to find out what is happening.
Questions people ask before they book
Do we need to be technical to work with you?
No. You need to know your business and where the time goes; we bring the rest. Everything is explained in plain language, and you will never be asked to approve something you do not understand.
What does it cost?
The discovery call is free. Every engagement after that is scoped to your specific situation and quoted in writing before any work begins, with a fixed-price option if you prefer certainty. We do not publish a price list because the right amount of work varies enormously from one business to the next — quoting before understanding the problem is how projects end up costing more than they should.
What if AI is not the right answer for us?
Then you will hear that from us, on the call, at no cost. A fair share of the businesses we speak to are better served by fixing a process, using a tool they already own, or doing nothing for now. Telling you that is part of the job.
Will this disrupt our team or our systems?
Work is delivered in small, agreed steps, built and tested alongside your current way of working. Nothing goes live in your systems until you say so, and anything that runs unattended is designed to stop and ask rather than guess.
Is our information safe with you?
Yes, and we will be specific about how rather than vague. Your data is not used to train any AI model, access is limited to what the work needs, and we will sign a mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive. We are straightforward about our security practices before you rely on them, and happy to answer your team's questions in detail.
What happens after the call?
Before we hang up, you will know exactly what you will receive from us and when. If there is work worth doing, a written proposal follows. If there isn't, you will have a clearer picture of your options than you had before — and that is yours to keep.
About Optimize Core
An AI and automation consultancy based in Lapel, Indiana, working with businesses across the United States. We exist to close the gap between what AI is supposed to do for a business and what it actually does once it meets real work.
Most AI initiatives fail quietly: a tool gets bought, a pilot gets built, and six months later nobody uses it, because nobody started from how the work actually runs. Our approach is the reverse. We begin with your processes, your systems and your people, recommend the smallest change that will genuinely make a difference, and put it in writing before anything starts.
We build with the same tools we recommend, every day, and we hold our own work to the standard we ask clients to expect: understand the business first, be honest about what is worth doing, and never call something finished until it has been checked against your real work. When a project needs more hands, we bring them, without changing who is accountable to you.

Book the discovery call
One conversation about a process that is costing you more than it should. By the end you will have a straight answer on whether it is worth pursuing — including if the answer is no.
Pick a time that works for you. The booking form asks a few short questions about your company, the process, and what you have already tried — they are there so the call starts already useful, not with ten minutes of background.
- 01Free, about an hour, on video. A meeting link arrives by email as soon as you book.
- 02Nothing to prepare. If a screenshot or a document explains the process faster than describing it, bring it — but it is not required.
- 03No pressure, no price on the phone. If there is work worth doing, a written proposal follows. If not, you still leave with a clearer picture.
